You will gain experience and knowledge in organizing large events, receive festival promotional materials, get unforgettable emotions and smiles, meet the participants and if you need a recommendation or a certificate, we will issue it.
The role of volunteers in our team is key to the success of the festival, as they perform a variety of tasks related to logistics, coordination and support.
Main duties of volunteers at a cultural festival:
- Help with the organisation: volunteers help with the preparation of the spaces, setting up the stages, lighting, sound and other technical aspects.
- Welcoming guests and the public: they can welcome and direct visitors, hand out programmes or assist with information.
- Artist support: volunteers will help the event participants by providing the necessary assistance with transport, accommodation or rehearsals.
- Media and information support: disseminating information about the event on social media, organizing interviews, helping to communicate with journalists.
- Filming the event: taking pictures or video of the different events of the festival.
- Maintaining cleanliness and order: keeping venues clean and supporting logistics.
